System Disclaimer
Last updated: June 18, 2026 · Effective: June 18, 2026
This disclaimer defines what AscendFi Technologies and its Kaelia platform are, what they are not, and the limitations that govern all system outputs. Operators should read this before using Kaelia outputs for consequential decisions.
What AscendFi Is
- An enterprise AI infrastructure company building operating intelligence systems.
- A software platform — Kaelia — that maintains persistent business context for operators.
- A tool that generates analytical outputs from operator-provided data.
- A decision-support layer, not a decision-making system.
What AscendFi Is Not
- A financial services firm, registered investment advisor, or securities broker.
- A law firm, legal services provider, or source of legal advice.
- An accounting firm, auditor, or tax advisor.
- A consulting firm providing professional advisory services.
- A real-time data provider or market data service.
- A replacement for professional human judgment in any domain.
System Limitations
Specific limitations that operators must understand before relying on Kaelia outputs.
Data dependency
Kaelia reasons from what operators provide. Context not logged into the system cannot be considered in outputs. The system has no awareness of your business beyond what you explicitly input.
No real-time external data
Kaelia does not access the internet, financial markets, news sources, or external databases in real time unless explicitly integrated by the operator via API. Outputs reflect the operator's own context, not external market conditions.
Indexing latency
Data provided to Kaelia is indexed before it influences Intelligence Outputs. There is a processing interval between input and availability in the operating model. Kaelia is not an instantaneous real-time system.
AI reasoning limitations
The underlying AI systems can produce outputs that are incomplete, inconsistent, or incorrect. AI reasoning is probabilistic, not deterministic. Outputs should always be reviewed by the operator before acting on them.
Operating model scope
Kaelia's operating model reflects what the operator has logged. It does not capture organizational context outside the operator's direct inputs — team knowledge, informal communications, or undocumented decisions are not indexed unless explicitly provided.
Not audited or certified
Kaelia outputs are not audited by external parties. They do not constitute certified financial statements, legal opinions, or regulatory filings. They are analytical tools requiring independent professional review for any consequential use.
Operator Responsibility
Kaelia generates outputs. Operators make decisions. These are not the same thing. The presence of an Intelligence Output — a recommendation, an analysis, a risk flag — does not transfer any portion of decision-making responsibility from the operator to AscendFi.
Operators remain solely responsible for all business decisions, including those informed by Kaelia outputs. This includes decisions about capital, personnel, contracts, strategy, operations, and all other domains where Kaelia may provide analytical context.
Where a decision requires professional expertise — legal, financial, accounting, medical, regulatory — operators should consult qualified professionals. Kaelia is not a substitute for professional advisory services in any domain.
