The evaluation is designed to be a real assessment — not a demo, not a limited feature view. You get the same platform that production operators use, with full access to Operating Memory, the Decision Layer, and the Intelligence Brief.
The evaluation starts the clock on context accumulation immediately. The first session is also the first day of your operating model. By the end of seven days, you are evaluating Kaelia with real context — not a hypothetical.

Evaluation Timeline
What to expect across seven days.
Context initialization.
Create your operator profile. Log your first decisions, active workstreams, and the assumptions currently underpinning your key business positions. Kaelia begins structuring your operating model from session one.
Signal and assumption mapping.
Log incoming signals from the business environment. Connect them to active workstreams and decisions. Identify the assumptions you've been making implicitly — Kaelia surfaces them as you work.
First Intelligence Brief cycle.
By day four, the operating model has enough context to generate a meaningful Intelligence Brief. Review what the system surfaced. Note where it was accurate, where it lacked context, and where it identified something you had not explicitly considered.
Compound assessment.
By day seven, the operating model reflects six days of decisions, signals, and context accumulation. Evaluate: is the intelligence more precise than day one? Has the system identified patterns or connections you did not? Would removing it degrade your operating capacity?
After Evaluation
Three options at the end of seven days.
Continue with a subscription
Your operating model carries over intact. No re-setup. No data loss. The system continues from exactly where evaluation ended.
Export your data and close
Export your full operating model in structured format. Your data is retained for 90 days after evaluation ends before permanent deletion.

How to Prepare

- The active workstreams that matter most — the initiatives where operating intelligence would change how they allocate time and attention.
The more specific the input, the more precise the intelligence output. Kaelia is only as good as the context it has to work from.
