AI & Financial Disclaimer

Last updated: June 18, 2026 · Effective: June 18, 2026

This disclaimer governs the appropriate use of all analytical outputs generated by Kaelia. Read this document before using Kaelia outputs for consequential business decisions.

Nature of AI Outputs

Intelligence assistance, not professional advice.

Kaelia generates analytical outputs — summaries, analyses, recommended actions, risk flags, and daily intelligence briefings — from the operating context you provide. These outputs are produced by an AI system that reasons from the data you have input into the platform.

All Kaelia outputs are intended to assist business operators in organizing information, identifying patterns, and surfacing considerations for decision-making. They are analytical tools, not professional advice.

Not Professional Advice

Kaelia does not provide professional services.

Kaelia outputs do not constitute and must not be interpreted as:

  • Legal advice or legal guidance of any kind
  • Financial advice, investment advice, or securities recommendations
  • Accounting, tax, or audit services
  • Medical, psychological, or health advice
  • Regulatory compliance assessment or guidance
  • Human resources or employment law advice
  • Any other form of licensed professional advisory service

For decisions in any of these domains, operators should consult a qualified professional — attorney, accountant, financial advisor, or other licensed expert — as appropriate.

Decision Responsibility

Operators retain full decision-making authority.

Kaelia is a decision-support tool. The operator retains sole responsibility for all business decisions, including but not limited to:

  • Revenue strategy, pricing, and market positioning
  • Hiring, personnel management, and organizational structure
  • Client and vendor relationships and contractual obligations
  • Capital allocation, financial planning, and investment decisions
  • Regulatory compliance and legal obligations
  • Product development direction and resource allocation

The existence of a Kaelia recommendation or analysis does not transfer any portion of decision-making responsibility from the operator to AscendFi.

Accuracy Limitations

AI outputs may be incomplete or incorrect.

AI systems, including Kaelia, can produce outputs that are incomplete, imprecise, or factually incorrect. Specific limitations include:

  • Outputs are derived from data the operator has provided — incomplete data produces incomplete analysis.
  • AI reasoning may identify patterns that do not reflect actual causation.
  • Outputs may be inconsistent between sessions or when framing changes.
  • The system has no awareness of information not provided by the operator.
  • Rapidly changing business conditions may not be reflected in the operating model if not recently updated.

Operators should apply independent judgment to all Kaelia outputs before acting on them.

Financial Information

Financial data requires independent verification.

Any financial figures referenced in Kaelia outputs are derived solely from data the operator has provided to the platform. Kaelia does not independently access external financial systems, market data, or financial databases unless explicitly integrated by the operator.

Financial intelligence generated by Kaelia — including projections, trend analyses, and financial summaries — is not audited and has not been reviewed by a certified public accountant or registered financial advisor. This information must not be used as the basis for:

  • Financial filings or statutory accounts
  • Investor reporting or fundraising materials without independent verification
  • Regulatory submissions or compliance certifications
  • Loan applications or credit assessments
  • Tax calculations or tax filings

No Forward-Looking Guarantees

Projections are analytical tools, not predictions.

Kaelia may synthesize trends from historical operating data and generate forward-looking analyses. These projections represent the AI system's analysis of patterns in the data provided — they are not predictions, forecasts, or guarantees of future performance.

No AI-generated projection, trend analysis, or strategic recommendation should be treated as a reliable indicator of future business performance. Past patterns in your operating data do not guarantee future outcomes.

Data Quality Dependency

Output quality depends on input quality.

The usefulness of Kaelia's Intelligence Outputs is directly proportional to the accuracy, completeness, and recency of the Operating Data the operator provides. AscendFi does not independently verify the accuracy of operator-provided information.

Operators are responsible for ensuring that the data they input into Kaelia is accurate, current, and representative of their actual business situation. AscendFi accepts no liability for outputs generated from inaccurate or incomplete operator-provided data.

Summary

Kaelia is a business intelligence tool. It makes operators faster and better-informed. It does not replace professional judgment, professional advisors, or the operator's own accountability for the decisions they make.

AscendFi is not a financial services company, a law firm, an accounting firm, or a consulting firm. It builds software infrastructure. The outputs that software produces are tools — they are only as good as the data behind them, and they require a skilled operator to use well.
